Project Overview

The Westwood Regional Middle School project involved a major expansion and modernization program designed to increase instructional capacity while enhancing the educational experience for students and staff. The project added significant new academic, athletic, and student-support spaces while integrating improvements into the existing middle school campus.

The project included more than 50,000 square feet of new construction featuring 12 classrooms, a 3,000-square-foot Information Commons, a full-size gymnasium, science laboratories, art and music rooms, and a secure main entrance. The expansion was designed to support future enrollment needs, improve learning environments, and provide modern educational facilities that align with evolving academic and extracurricular programs.
