Design-Build

Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the Design-Build Team – works under a single contract with a project owner to deliver both design and construction services. Aside from Dobco Group’s in-house Design-Build capabilities, Dobco Group has endless resources of available architects, engineers, and consultants to call upon throughout the region.

Working alongside the owner, the Dobco Group Design-Build Team will plan, design, and construct the project to meet the owner’s specific goals, schedule, and needs. This enables the Design-Build Team to provide a unified flow of work from initial concept through project completion. Working as a unified team provides for improved coordination and scheduling and a seamless transition between the design and construction phases.
