Union Public Library

This project consists of the construction of a new Union Public Library on property owned by the Township of Union, Union County, New Jersey.

NJSDA Union City Grade 7-9 School

The New Grade 7 through 9 School will be designed and constructed to educate 827 students in grades Seven through Nine. The building will encompass six stories and approximately 130,000 square feet. The associated site improvements will include a play area, a service yard, and a pedestrian walkway between 36th Street and 37th Street.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Building at the Hall of Records Complex in Newark, N.J 

Essex County officials announced plans to construct a 150,000-square-foot office building adjacent to the busy complex, which serves the county court system.

Officials are proposing to name the building the “Essex County Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Justice Building” in honor of the legendary civil rights leader.
