Dobco Group seeks properties zoned as Multi-Family Low/Mid-Rise, Mixed-Use, or Townhouses in Northern and Central New Jersey. The lots can be of any shape or size, near public transportation, and with or without full planning board approvals.

Dobco Group is also interested in properties zoned as Light Industrial, Warehouse, or Incubator in Northern and Central New Jersey.  The lots can be of any shape or size, near major highways is a plus, either with or without full planning board approvals. We would also consider renovating or re-purposing existing facilities.

We are also seeking Office Buildings in growth areas of the Northern New Jersey marketplace, with a primary focus on value-add opportunities.

Dobco Group is embarking on an aggressive acquisition to purchase Retail Properties in stable and value-add markets within strong retail locations in the Northern New Jersey marketplace.
