Project Overview

The Patricia M. The facility provides modern learning environments designed to support early childhood and elementary education while creating a lasting community asset.

Constructed on a 2.8-acre urban site, the new three-story, 123,000-square-foot school serves approximately 775 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The facility includes general education classrooms, dedicated pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classrooms, specialized instructional spaces, laboratories, a media center, gymnasium, cafeteria, multipurpose assembly spaces, administrative offices, and outdoor physical education and play areas.
