Project Overview

The Fairview Middle School project consists of the construction of a new state-of-the-art educational facility designed to replace aging school infrastructure and provide a modern learning environment for grades 6 through 8. The new school will support future enrollment growth while creating flexible academic, recreational, and student-support spaces that enhance the educational experience.

The five-story, 128,000-square-foot facility includes 24 classrooms, science laboratories, art and music rooms, a media center, administrative offices, student lounges, a gymnasium, cafeteria, and a 23,000-square-foot below-grade parking level. Designed to serve the educational and community needs of Fairview students for decades to come, the project incorporates modern building systems, accessibility features, and collaborative learning environments throughout the campus.

Modern Academic Spaces

24 classrooms, science laboratories, art rooms, music rooms, and a media center provide flexible learning environments that support both traditional instruction and collaborative educational programming.

Student Life & Recreation

A full gymnasium, cafeteria, student lounges, and shared gathering spaces create opportunities for recreation, collaboration, student engagement, and school-wide activities.

Multi-Level Campus Development

The five-story facility incorporates a 23,000-square-foot below-grade parking level, administrative offices, modern building systems, and supporting infrastructure designed to maximize functionality on a constrained urban site.
